1. Snapdeal Gift Cards (“Gift Cards” or “GCs”) are issued by Pine Labs Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated in India and authorized by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to issue prepaid payment instruments. 2. Gift Cards are redeemable only on the Snapdeal website (www.snapdeal.com), Snapdeal Mobile App, or Snapdeal mobile site (“Platform”) against sellers listed there. 3. To use a Gift Card, choose Gift Card as the payment method at checkout. A single order (even if it includes products from multiple sellers) can be paid for using this option. 4. The user can redeem only one gift card in a single transaction. 5. If the purchase amount is greater than the balance available on the Gift Card, the remaining amount must be paid through UPI, Credit Card, or Debit Card. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not permitted for such transactions. 6. If the order value is less than the Gift Card balance, the unused amount will stay on the same card and can be used for future purchases. 7. Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance. 8. Customers may request a revalidation of expired Gift Cards. Such requests will be reviewed by Pine Labs, and revalidation may be granted subject to verification and applicable conditions. 9. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. 10. Snapdeal and Pine Labs are not liable for any misuse, theft, or unauthorized use of a Gift Card once issued. Customers are responsible for keeping their Gift Card number and PIN secure. In case of loss or disclosure of these details, no replacement or refund will be provided. 11. Snapdeal and Pine Labs are not responsible for the quality, warranty, or after-sales service of products purchased using Gift Cards. All product-related liabilities lie with the respective sellers. 12. Once purchased, Gift Cards cannot be canceled by the buyer. Any exception will be at the discretion of Snapdeal or Pine Labs. 13. If a Gift Card is found to be purchased through fraudulent means, Snapdeal/Pine Labs reserve the right to cancel it. In such cases, the value will be refunded to the original source of payment. 14. If the Know Your Customer (KYC) details of the purchaser/beneficiary do not meet RBI requirements or are incorrect, Snapdeal/Pine Labs may cancel the Gift Card. 15. Gift Cards are regulated instruments under RBI guidelines. Snapdeal/Pine Labs may share KYC or transaction details related to the purchase or redemption of Gift Cards with RBI or other regulatory authorities if required. Purchasers/redeemers may be contacted for such information. 16. Gift Cards are non-reloadable and cannot be resold. 17. Any promotional offers, including bank offers or cashback on Gift Cards, are subject to change or withdrawal at the sole discretion of Snapdeal/Pine Labs. 18. E-Gift Cards are usually delivered instantly via email/SMS. However, in rare cases, delivery may take up to 48–72 hours due to system delays. 19. Gift Cards are valid and can be redeemed only on Fashion, Home, FMCG, and BPC (Beauty and Personal care) products.
