How to use
Step 1: Visit the Sterling Holidays Website
Visit the Sterling Holidays website: https://www.sterlingholidays.com/bookings
click the BOOK NOW button.
In the booking widget, click the GIFT CARD REDEEM link.
Enter the stay details and click the CHECK AVAILABILITY button.
Step 2: Availability Page
The guest will be redirected to the Availability page.
Select the desired room, choose the number of adults and children, and click the RESERVE NOW button.
Step 3: Room Selection Confirmation & Purchase Add-ons
The guest will be redirected to the Room Selection Confirmation page.
The guest can purchase optional add-ons before proceeding.
Step 4: Provide Guest Details
Enter the guest details and proceed to the next step.
Step 5: Booking Summary
Select "Have a Gift Card? Please click here to redeem."
Enter a valid Gift Card Number and click Apply.
Enter the Gift Card PIN and click Next.
Enter the amount to be redeemed from the gift card for the booking.
Click the Pay Now button at the bottom of the page if any remaining amount is payable through the Payment Gateway.
Step 6: Booking Confirmation
If only a partial amount is redeemed using the gift card, the remaining balance can be paid through the Airpay Payment Gateway (PG).
Click Pay Now to complete the booking.

Terms & Conditions
"1. Sterling Holidays E-gift card is Powered by Pinelabs Solutions Private Limited.
2. Sterling Holidays / Qwikcilver shall honour and consider requests for blocking of E-gift cards only from users who have registered in accordance with the terms of E-gift card mentioned below.
3. Valid E-gift card in its original form (Email/SMS) has to be presented at the time of availing a service.
4. E-gift card may be used only at participating Sterling Resorts in India against specific services
5. All E-gift cards issued shall have a validity period of 1 year from the date of issuance of cards.
6. This E-gift card cannot be transferred for balance value or redeemed for cash.
7. This E-gift card is cash equivalent. Qwikcilver, Sterling Holidays or their affiliates are not responsible if this E-gift card is lost, stolen or used without permission.
8. No refund, replacement or cash back would be considered against the E-gift card.
9. Reload is not applicable in case of E-gift card.
10. Any dispute shall be referred to Qwikcilver and the decision of Qwikcilver will be final.
11. Subject to the foregoing, these terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Chennai, India.
12. Qwikcilver & STERLING HOLIDAYS reserve the entitlement to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Any change in these terms and conditions can be viewed on our website https://www.qwikcilver.com/terms-and-conditions/. No fees or charges apply to E-gift cards.
13. Qwikcilver, STERLING HOLIDAYS or their affiliates will not be liable for the misuse of the card.
14. The card is valid for spends towards stay and applicable taxes at any of the participating Resorts when booked on www.sterlingholidays.com website.
15. The card is not valid for spends towards settling banquet charges, paid-outs like car transfers, spends at retail or any third party service establishment at participating Resorts, or any expenses of personal nature for which a pay-out is raised such as buying medicines, sightseeing charges etc.

a. Corporate rates
b. Group rates
c. Online Travel Agents (OTA’s)
d. Any discounted or contracted room rates
e. Travel Agents/Intermediaries
f. Any commission agents
18. The E-gift card shall not be applicable for redemption in conjunction with any other offer/promotion or benefit(s)
19. The card shall not be valid for withdrawal of cash or currency exchange.
20. Multiple transactions can be performed on E-gift card until the value of the card is exhausted.
21. Should the purchase value exceed the card value, the differential amount of such purchase shall have to be paid at the point of sale through an accepted credit or debit card, at the time of making a reservation.
22. A card once issued cannot be cancelled or refunded.
23. The E-gift card can be purchased for a minimum value of ₹1000 and maximum value of ₹45,000 per transaction. The E-gift card can also be purchases against a Holiday package as per the inclusions mentioned in the package and can be redeemed only against the same package only
24. The E-gift card will be delivered instantly to the recipient’s email address as entered in the form on the same day unless the delivery is scheduled for a particular day.
26. To check balance and expiry of your Sterling Holidays E-gift card, please send a SMS from your registered mobile number as follows to receive the details via SMS.

27. In case of theft, kindly report the same to Qwikcilver. Upon verification of the identity of the guest the card will be blocked and a fresh card will be reissued. The card is a cash equivalent bearer card. Qwikcilver, STERLING HOLIDAYS & its affiliates shall not be responsible for lost or stolen cards and any misuse thereof. A reissued card shall have the balance validity of the original issued card.
28. Redemption of the card by its bearer shall be valid discharge of Qwikcilver & Sterling liabilities in respect of the card.
29. The card is subject to applicable laws. The card holder shall comply with all applicable laws promulgated by any statutory/judicial/competent authority from time to time in this regard.
