Customer must visit the PVR or INOX website: https://www.pvrcinemas.com or https://www.inoxmovies.com, or open the PVR INOX App.
Select the movie and choose a cinema near you.
Select your seats and proceed to the Payment Page.
Choose Gift Card as your payment option.
Enter your Card Number and PIN.
The gift card amount will be deducted from the total ticket value.
Ticket confirmation will be sent to your registered email and phone number.
If the ticket amount exceeds the gift card value, please pay the remaining balance using another available payment method.

"PVR E-Gift Card is redeemable at PVR Cinemas Box Office/Concessions only once and unused balance may be redeemed multiple times on PVR website & mobile app.
The Gift Card is valid for 1 Year from the date of activation.
This E- Gift Card can be redeemed only at selected outlets.
No refund of cash will be made for any items purchased with the E-gift card.
E-Gift card cannot be used to purchase movie vouchers and candy bar vouchers.
This E-Gift card does not guarantee seating and ticket availability.
This E-Gift card can neither be redeemed for cash or credit nor would any unutilized balance be refunded & cannot be exchanged for a Gift card.
This E-Gift Card is freely transferable.
In case the value of the service exceeds the value of the Gift card, the difference must be paid by credit card or debit card.
If the E Gift card is lost or stolen, neither will a new E Gift Card will be issued nor will the money be reimbursed in any manner.

In case the card number gets stolen, it cannot be replaced, nor cash refunded.
