Connaught Plaza Restaurants Private Limited (“CPRL”) operates a chain of quick service restaurants in North and East India under the brand name McDonald’s. For ease of reference, CPRL is hereinafter referred to as “McDonald’s”. McDonald’s introduces the Coffee Subscription Card (“Card”), which entitles the cardholder to redeem 8 cups of any beverage from the following McCafe menu:  Cappuccino  Vietnamese Iced Coffee  Latte  Iced Latte  Americano  Iced Americano  Peach Iced Tea  Watermelon Coolers The Card is available for a subscription value of INR 525 and is valid for a limited period of 60 days. Redemption is subject to the following Terms and Conditions o By purchasing and using the McDonald’s Coffee Subscription Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. o Please ensure that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions before purchasing or using the Card. o This is a limited-time offer, valid only at select McDonald’s restaurants in North and East India. Latest version available at https://mcdindia.com/terms-conditions/ o McDonald’s maximum liability, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the purchase value of the Card. o Usage of the Card is subject to force majeure conditions such as natural disasters, strikes, wars, pandemics, statutory restrictions, etc. In such cases, McDonald’s may, at its discretion, extend the validity of the Card. o In the event of any dispute relating to the offer or the Card, McDonald’s decision shall be final and binding. o McDonald’s shall not be liable for non-acceptance of the Card at any location due to technical errors or other system issues. o Card is valid for 2 months from the date of activation. o Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes and may vary by state. o Images used in promotions are representational only. o Coffee Subscription Cards are normally delivered instantly, but delivery may be delayed by 24 to 48 hours due to system issues. o Re-sale of the McDonald’s Coffee Subscription Card is strictly prohibited. o McDonald’s / Pine Labs are not responsible for the safety and security of the Card or the electronic device on which it is stored. o Once the Card is issued, you are responsible for keeping it secure and confidential. o The Coffee Subscription Card covers the following Beverage Options: Cappuccino, Vietnamese Iced Coffee, Americano, Iced Americano, Latte, Iced Latte, Peach Iced Tea, Watermelon Coolers o Any add-ons (e.g., flavoured syrups, extra shots, non-dairy milk) may be subject to availability and will be chargeable at the time of redemption. o McDonald’s reserves the right to suspend, block, or terminate Card privileges in cases of suspected fraud or unauthorized use. o McDonald’s may cancel or terminate the Coffee Subscription Card program at its sole discretion, in accordance with applicable law. o If any term in these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such term shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms. o All disputes related to the card, or the subscription program will be governed by the laws of India and shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi. o For any gift card purchase related enquiries or complaints, please email at gcsupport.woohoo@pinelabs.com o For any Redemption enquiries or complaints, please email at Customer@del.in.mcd.com
