BATA Terms and Conditions * This is a Bata Gift Voucher (GV), redeemable only at authorized Bata stores as listed by the brand. * The individual in possession of the Bata GV shall be considered the beneficiary. * Gift card is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase * The Bata GV is valid for in-store redemption only and cannot be used online. Refer to link https://www.bata.com/in/storesfind for store location * Gift card can be used only once * Gift vouchers are valid only at BATA-owned stores and are not applicable at franchise store * Multiple Bata GVs may be combined and redeemed together in a single billing transaction. * Only valid and authentic Bata GVs, as determined at the sole discretion of Bata, will be accepted for redemption. * The Bata GV cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of currency. * Once expired, the Bata GV cannot be revalidated or extended. * Bata, Pine Labs, or their affiliates shall not be responsible for any unauthorized usage resulting from the sharing of the GV number or account credentials by the beneficiary. * Bata GVs will be accepted across participating outlets, at Bata’s sole discretion. The brand reserves the right to add or remove outlets from the list without prior notice. * Bata GVs may not be redeemable on certain block-out dates. Bata reserves the right to add or remove such dates at its sole discretion. * Bata, Pine Labs, or any of their partners shall not be liable if an outlet is unable to accept the GV due to operational or technical reasons. In such cases, the customer will be required to settle the bill through alternate means. * In the event of a technical issue resulting in temporary blockage of the Bata GV, the same will be reactivated within 72 hours, wherever applicable. * Any disputes should be raised with the issuing company from whom the Bata GV was received, and their decision shall be final and binding. * Bata or Pine Labs reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Bata GV in case of any fraudulent, suspicious, or unauthorized activity. * Bata or Pine Labs reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. * For any queries or issues related to the GV, please raise a request at gcsupport.woohoo@pinelabs.com
