"• Gift card is activated once issued. • Gift Cards shall be redeemable on the physical Retail Outlets. • Gift Cards have an expiry period and shall be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of activation / issuance. • Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for Cash and/or Cheque. • Gift card is allowed for one time redemption only. Partial redemption of the Gift Card is not allowed and the balance will remain in Gift Card. • No replacement or reimbursement will be provided for lost or expired e-Gift cards. • Bearer is responsible if the e-Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission. • If the Gift Card is stolen or lost, neither will a new Gift Card be issued nor will the money be reimbursed in any manner. • The Terms & conditions are subject to change at any time at Brand’s discretion, without any prior notice."
