CGH Earth Experiences Gift Cards can be purchased for a minimum value of ₹10,000 and maximum value of ₹1,00,000 per transaction. Gift Card may be used only at the participating CGH Earth properties. Standard cancellation policies would apply for such bookings. CGH Earth Experience Gift Cards are valid for 365 days from the date of issuance. Multiple transactions can be performed on the CGH Earth Experience Gift Cards until the value of the gift card is exhausted. CGH Earth Experience Gift Card balance may be redeemed for spends only towards room bookings on prior reservation basis. CGH Earth Experiences Gift Cards cannot be used for settling the bills of Food & Beverages, Ayurveda or any other spends at the property. Should your booking value exceed the balance on CGH Earth Experience Gift Cards, the differential amount of such purchase may be paid through a secured payment gateway, at the time of making such a booking. A valid CGH Earth Experience Gift Card in its original form or e-mail must be presented at the time of check-in at the hotel. CGH Earth Experience Gift Cards shall not be valid for use at any other service establishment or for withdrawal of cash. No refund, replacement or cash back would be considered against the CGH Earth Experience Gift Cards. Once a CGH Earth Experience Gift Card is issued, the company would not be able to consider any request for cancellation. Any defaced, torn, altered, spoiled or cancelled card is deemed invalid and shall not be accepted. CGH Earth Experience Gift Card are cash equivalent bearer cards. The company is not responsible for lost or stolen cards and will not replace the same. Persons purchasing CGH Earth Experience Gift Card or similar products from an unauthorized seller or platform do so at their own risk and consequences; CGH Earth shall not be responsible or liable in respect of any claims or loss/damage caused to any person in any manner whatsoever in relation to CGH Earth Experiences Gift Card or similar products purchased from such unauthorized sellers or platforms.
